Website Sign-Up Terms

Plain-English summary of what you're agreeing to when you sign up. The full signed agreements control.

1. What you're agreeing to

By checking the box and submitting the sign-up form, you agree to these Terms and to the documents they incorporate: our Website Design & Advertising Services Agreement, our Website Ownership & License Terms, and our Recurring Payment Authorization. We'll provide full copies for signature before any work begins, and those signed documents control if anything conflicts with this summary.

2. The key points

  • Two ways to get your site: pay $750 once and own it, or get it free with a 6-month ad contract in one home zone (any ad size).
  • Free-website payment: 50% of your 6-month ad cost at signing, then half your monthly rate on autopay for 6 months.
  • Who owns the free site: a free site is ours, licensed to you to use while you're advertising with us (or paying $75/mo maintenance). You can buy it outright anytime for $750.
  • Your domain is always yours, and you own any content you give us — you confirm you have the rights to it.
  • Scope: up to 5 pages and 2 revision rounds; anything beyond that is quoted separately.
  • We host your site and add QR tracking so you can see real results — but we don't guarantee specific traffic, leads, or sales.
  • Add zones anytime at the standard per-zone rate, month to month.
  • Early cancellation: cancel a 6-month home-zone contract early and the site converts to the one-time $750 rate, or the license ends.
  • After 6 months: re-up your ad and maintenance stays free, or keep just the site for $75/mo.

3. Authorization to charge

By submitting, you authorize us to charge your payment method the signing payment shown at checkout and the recurring monthly amount for the term you select, per the Recurring Payment Authorization.

4. Record of your agreement

We record your agreement — including the date, time, and IP address of your submission — as evidence of acceptance, and we'll email you a copy of these Terms and the full agreements.
